HA-LT-01   Project Description

 

PEMEX Exploration and Production (PEP) was involved in the development of a Project for the upgrading of the Litoral Tabasco Field infrastructure, which included the construction of an accommodation platform. The Litoral Tabasco Field is located in the Bay of Campeche (offshore Mexico) in approximately 26 meters of water depth.

Dragados Offshore de Mexico S.A. (DOMSA) awarded, by PEP, the engineering, procurement, construction, load out, transport and installation of the Litoral Tabasco quarters platform denominated HA-LT-01; this contract included the fabrication and installation of an
interconnection bridge with the existing gathering platform and also included interconnections, test, and start-up.

DOMSA awarded Saipem America Inc. (SAI) the Subcontract for the Marine Transportation and Installation scope of work for the Litoral Tabasco Quarters Platform which included the provision of barges, offshore transportation, and installation.

 

Saipem's Semi-Submersible Crane Vessel (SSCV) 'Saipem S7000' was used for the installation operating in 'Dynamic Positioning', DP, mode and at transit draught (10.5m approximately).
